For attendees of the ACS NORM 2026 meeting, Hotel Renegade serves as the host hotel. The property is located just a short, scenic three-block walk from the Boise Centre East, the location for the NORM meeting. Blending rugged Idaho charm with boutique luxury, the hotel offers the perfect space to network or recharge between sessions. Guests can start their morning at Blue Collar Coffee Co., a lobby-level coffee shop featuring robust espresso and artisan bites, or enjoy dinner at the Baraboo Supper Club, a nostalgic Midwestern-style destination known for prime rib and classic boozy cocktails. For panoramic views of the city and foothills, The Highlander rooftop bar provides a high-energy atmosphere with craft spirits and outdoor fire pits. To ensure a seamless stay in the heart of downtown, the hotel provides valet parking for $35/night, which serves as the exclusive parking option for the property.

Enjoy an affordable stay at Syringa Hall, Boise State’s newest residential facility on the scenic Boise River Greenbelt. This modern option includes three nights (Sunday–Wednesday) in a room with two twin beds and access to contemporary, private-stall bathrooms. You may book for solo occupancy or provide a roommate’s name if sharing. Registration for the Dorm Housing must be made on the NORM 2026 meeting registration portal. Because campus parking requires a permit, please select the “Housing with Parking” option if you are bringing a vehicle.

Sharing a room?

If you are sharing a room, only one guest should complete the dorm housing reservation. Please provide your roommate’s name and email address when reserving dorm housing.

Travel to Boise Centre

A complimentary free shuttle (Orange Line) runs every 15 minutes from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (no service on Sunday) from the dorm housing to downtown Boise.  Live Tracking: You can view real-time shuttle locations using the ETA Spot website.

The conference venue Boise Centre is located in vibrant downtown Boise at the corner of 9th and Front Streets and adjacent to The Grove Plaza. There are numerous public parking garages nearby the Boise Centre.

For those traveling by car, please note that Hotel Renegade provides valet parking as its exclusive on-site parking option. The service is available for $35 per night and offers guests the convenience of “in-and-out” privileges, allowing you to pull directly up to the entrance and transition seamlessly into your stay.
